Frequently Asked Questions
Will the DVD play on my DVD player?
Though there is some debate as to the compatibility of DVD+ versus DVD- media, we prefer to record our montages and DVDs on DVD+R disks, using the highest quality media. Our DVDs will play on approximately 94% of all current DVD players.
Where do I get the music?
All of our music is obtained and used legally. Our DVD work is not intended for public presentation; it is intended and created for private use. We will purchase your choice of music for you through a legitimate online provider at no charge. If you do not know what to use for music, we would be happy to select appropriate songs for you.
Does it cost any less if I send digital pictures?
Yes. It is best to send your digital photos in a high quality JPG format, but we are also able to accept TIF and BMP files. The files should be numbered in the order you wish them to be presented. Submitting your photos in digital format reduces the cost of your montage from approximately $2.50 to $1.50 per photo.
Can I get additional copies of my DVD?
Additional copies are available for a $15.00 each. All copies are presented exactly like the original presentation.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders.
How do I send my photos?
If you have digital photos, you can send us a photo-CD via postal mail or your choice of carrier. Print photos can be sent via your choice of carrier as well. You may send them via certified mail or overnight/priority mail if you are concerned for their safety.
Are my photos and videos safely handled?
Definitely YES! Your treasured memories will be safely stored and handled. They will not be exposed to heat, sunlight, or any detrimental environmental conditions that could damage them.
Can I use my professionally taken photos in a montage?
If the photographer holds a copyright to the photos, prior approval from the photographer for use of the photos is required.
